Help please!

I'm running macOS Monterey with an M1 chip. Box was working just fine until a week ago.

I keep getting the error: "Box Drive failed to initialize with macOS. Please relaunch the application to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot."

I have tried restarting my computer, manually resetting Box, uninstalling and reinstalling Box. Nothing has worked.

We've seen an increase in problematic workflow recently with Box Drive and Monterey 12.5 on M1 chips as we roll out more of those workstations at our agency. We haven't gotten a fix yet from Box support - we just keep sending Box logs to them so they can look for a solution.

This is terrible!  I am going thru this article which stated to cut and paste message into terminal and its prompting me for PW. entering it correctly and nothing is changing.  This sucks because we use our files every day.
