i tried support forums, did the requirements but still doesn't work. and there is a message that says:

but the link (the ''here'' word) just sends me to just a landing page. please help. thank you.

i tried to do both of the solutions ( file provider extension mode and kernel based mode ) still the same error. still don't work.BOX2_RTV0YI59nLQ4WEgPtBFiLQ.png
