I can't launch box drive on my Mac M1 monteray. 

 

Received error when trying to launch:

 

Box Drive failed to initialize with macOS. Please relaunch the application to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot.

I have the same problem. I tried the above solution but it did not work for me. My orgs IT support was not able to help either. Any other ideas?

Hi France, can you please reply with other ideas or connect this to upper level IT support? I'm having the same issue and it looks like several others are as well.

I've tried the instructions multiple times and doesn't seem to work. Where can I contact someone to help trouble shoot?
