Box Drive Error "The Original file was deleted on Box"

I have the following error on Box Drive:

"The Original file was deleted on Box

Suggestion: make a copy of the file and delete the original"

The problem is that it does not show the path or name of the file so I can remove it. Another post suggest login in and out of Box Drive, and I tried this the last time I got the same error and it didn't work. Even if this were to work, it cannot be the solution to this, it is too inconvenient. Does anybody knows how to work this out?

    "The original file was deleted on Box" - this error should clear if you log out of and back into Drive. Please just make sure that there are no unsynced items that you are concerned about before you log out.
