Box Drive disappears after reboot, Windows 10

I have Windows 10 Pro (21H1, x64). Every time I reboot, I can no longer access Box Drive, neither through Windows Explorer (the icon is still there but has no contents), nor through the desktop icon that is automatically created during installation. Also, the box drive icon that is usually in the tray disappears. If I uninstall the "Box" app through settings and reinstall using the *.msi installer, Box Drive works fine but only until the next reboot. This Box account is through the university where I work, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    This is definitely unusual behavior when using Box Drive and would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.
