Box Drive crashes File Explorer

I recently had an issue with a couple of files not syncing to my Box Drive. I followed a support post to restart my computer, then I tried logging out and back into Box Drive. After I did this, my File Explorer crashed every time I tried to use it. If I'm logged in to Box Drive I don't see any of local directories in FE, and if I'm logged out FE works normally (except still need access to Box Drive). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, many reboots, etc. and nothing has worked yet. Please help!
