On box drive on my home computer, it looks just like file explorer. On my home computer and a colleague's computer, I see little cloud icons next to each folder and file. What is the difference? And if one is better, how do I change?

This did not solve my problem,. I have several BOX icon overlays installed:
BoxAvailableOffline
BoxLocked
BoxLockedByOther
BoxProblem
BoxSynced
BoxSyncing
BoxWCollabLock
But I have NO icons in Windows Explorer.
