Hi, it is sudden that my box drive disappeared from my desktop, and is also not getting uninstalled from appwiz.cpl, i have downloaded the new version of box drive and tried to reinstall but that also doesnt proceed please help here.

Heya - Microsoft has a tool that will help uninstall things that don’t want to be uninstalled. Usually works like a charm. We have had to use it in the past to remove old versions of Box Tools so I imagine it would work fine here as well.

Before we proceed with any troubleshooting steps regarding the missing Box Drive App, I have a few questions for you,
- What is the Operating System running in your machine?
- Is Box Drive still visible in your Control Panel> Programs & Features?
- Did you managed to fully uninstall Box Drive in your machine prior your new install?
- Also, what is the error message while reinstalling Box Drive? Please attach a screenshot if available.
