I began getting this error after my laptop shut down due to a faulty battery.
I cannot rename the appdata folder as it says the folder is in use.
I’ve removed box, rebooted and installed a fresh downloaded copy, still getting the same error.
Question
Box Drive cannot use the specified location. Make sure you have write access to the folder
