BOX Driveでアップロードダウンロードができない

お世話になっております。

以下ご教授いただければ幸いです。

 

昨日まで使用できていたBOX Driveが翌日不具合が頻発すようになりました。

不具合発生から本日で2週間ほど経ちますが、症状が改善しません。

 

OS:Windows11Pro

バージョン:24H2

 

起きている症状を以下に記載します。

起きていることは全てBOX Drive内でのことです。

・ファイルをBOX内にコピペできない

・ファイルをアップロード、ダウンロードできない

・ファイルを開くことができない

 

以下は試したことを記載します。

・BOX Webにログインを試しBOX Drive内でダメだったことを試すと、正常に動作

・BOX Driveのキャッシュクリア

・タスクマネージャのBOXのタスクを全て終了し、アンインストール

・再起動し、再インストール

・Windowsのサービスに「Box Desktop Service」が無いことを確認

・別のユーザでBOX Driveにサインインしたが同じく異常

・別のユーザは別のPCでは問題なく動作

 

以上が、起きていることと試したことになります。

 

改善策ございましたら、ご教授ください。

I would appreciate your guidance regarding the issue described below. Box Drive, which had been functioning normally until the previous day, suddenly began experiencing frequent problems the following day.

It has now been about two weeks since the issues first occurred, but the symptoms have not improved.

OS: Windows 11 Pro

Version: 24H2 The symptoms occurring within Box Drive are as follows:

・Unable to copy and paste files into Box

・Unable to upload or download files

・Unable to open files

 

The following troubleshooting steps have been attempted:

・Logged into Box Web and confirmed that the operations that failed in Box Drive work normally on the web version

・Cleared the Box Drive cache

・Ended all Box-related tasks in Task Manager and uninstalled Box Drive

・Restarted the PC and reinstalled Box Drive

・Confirmed that “Box Desktop Service” does not appear in Windows Services

・Signed in to Box Drive on the affected PC using another user account, but the same issues occurred

・Confirmed that the same user can use Box Drive without any issues on a different PC

 

These are the symptoms and the steps I have taken so far.

If you have any suggestions for resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
