Box Downgraded, All files missing

Hi, Our Box has downgraded, and all the files are missing. This has happened probably today, as yesterday the files were still there. How can we restore it ASAP?

This is a common occurrence during a downgrade or upgrade, as your files and folders are migrated to a new plan or account type. Depending on the volume of content stored, the process may take some time to complete.
