Everyone in my office is having issues with Box uploading and syncing files but Box Status says everything is green. Is anyone else having issues today?

Our company is having issues too. 


Same. Apparently it is impossible to contact support or they have made it incredibly hard.


Been on with support. They are aware and working on it. No ETA. 


Thanks for the update Ewan but it'd be nice to see them officially acknowledge there's an issue.


I did suggest they do just that :)


Try logging out of your Box Drive and logging back in that seems to have improved things on my end.
