Box doesn't open/work on Windows 11 (Parallels). It works fine on my Mac.

Hi,

I am facing this same issue posted here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/7741425144723-Box-Drive-Windows-restart-error

No matter how many times I manually reset, uninstall-and-reinstall, or restart Windows, I cannot get Box to work!!

 

Please provide a solution.
