Hi Box Support,

I constantly meet a trouble with Box recently. I tried to remove my old 2FA app - which is Sentinel Authenticator, a 2FA syncing through iOS only - to add my new 2FA. However, whenever I remove the old 2FA app then click save and add a new one, the old app constantly reappear and Box system does not generate new 2FA code for another 2FA app. Please help!
