Hello Box Support Forum,
I am having an issue where I am sometimes unable to save files I'm working on within Box. It's like Box will disconnect and reconnect, but then I'm not allowed to save the work I've done within Box. I'm working on Excel files specifically and after some time Box will not let me save my work. It's almost like you've mounted a drive and unmounted it while the file is still in use. Has anyone ever encountered this issue before? I am not logging out of Box in any capacity when this happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no dice.
