Have downloaded and reinstalled the latest version, and followed the instructions for renaming the old box folder. Issue persists.

  • What is the Operating System running in your machine?

  • Can you confirm your current Box version?

The error message comes up when I open Box from the Launchpad. I have tried restarting the computer, and re-downloading and installing the latest version of Box
