Box Desktop App Stopped Opening

My Box desktop app suddenly stopped opening. I've reinstalled and reset it multiple times. I submitted a support ticket that has disappeared into cyberspace.

Has anyone else had this issue?

May I know what OS are you running your Box Desktop app into?

Are you using Box Drive or Box Sync? Do you encounter any sort of error message?

Hello!

I am facing the same problem here. I am using Windows and, after the last Box Sync update (some days ago), my app is not opening anymore (neither on system launch nor trying to open using the .exe file).

I tried to uninstall it and install it again (Box Drive instead of Box Sync also).

Turns out mine is caused by my computer now being too old. I can't update beyond High Sierra, and Box Drive apparently doesn't work in that OS anymore.
