Box corrupting files

SAME!  I'm having a ton of problems!

see attached image of what happens when i open a file. If I log into box online it doesnt happen

This is happening to all programs see attached for adobe too

This is happening to me, too. HELP! Did anyone find a solution?

Any help or answers? Context, when opening a file stored in box. Is there any way to restore files that have been corrupted in (by?) Box?

Is this something to retry, if server-related, and not file-specific?

Did anyone get any help with this, or find a solution on how to restore the files?

A year later and still no solution. This is incredible.
