Box.com tasks window not loading new or past tasks

A few of the members of my org, including me, can't see our current or complete tasks in the area accessed by clicking on the clipboard icon.

Thanks. Update: Chrome browsers shows no tasks; Safari shows tasks from 4/26 and prior, and not the ones sent today.
