Box.com not sending SMS for 2-step verification

I am trying to log into my account using a different PC, but Box.com is not sending SMS.

Two steps verification is cut short.

An error appears showing "Invalid Login Credentials".

Changed my password in the first PC and tried again. Nothing.

I have the same problem, did you solve it? And I can't contact support with the compromised account, please help.
