There seems to be issues with my cloud synicing files. The troubleshooting I have done is uninstalling and resinstalling the cloud software. Have there been any known issues with other users?

Hello. I have a similar problem. In a common folder, I tried to delete a subfolder. The subfolder is removed from box, but there is a red '!' in my box Drive and a message for syncing issues. Can you help me to permenetely delete the subfolder?
