Box CLI box users:create --timezone=timezone

I'm reading about box users:create.

There is a timezone switch. --timezone=timezone 

Documentation says:
The user's timezone. Input format follows tz database timezones

This is not helpful at all.  What does this mean?

--timezone=CST

--timezone=GMT+1

--timezone=(GMT-1)

An example would be nice.
