Box CLI 403 forbidden

Hi

I am trying to use the box CLI. When I run any commands e.g. box folders:get 0, I get the following response: Unexpected API Response [403 Forbidden] no_credit_card_trial_ended - Free trial expired for this account

My account hasn't expired, does this mean I can only use the master account attached to billing, in order to use the CLI? 

Please advise?
