I took videos using Box Capture on my ipod touch last night and they are not syncing to my Box Folders. Any advice? One wrinkle is that I used the ipod touch last on 2/28/2020 and the videos have that date on them even though I recorded them on 3/9/2022.

Can you check if you have the latest version of Box Capture installed and what iOS are you running on your iPod touch?
Box Capture's latest version is Version 1.4.1 and is compatible to work on iOS devices running iOS 13.2 or later.
