I am receiving the error “Box” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found.' when I try to access synced files on my computer. I have followed the instructions for manually resetting Box and have deleted and reinstalled the software with no luck.

From what I can see on my end, it looks like you have a collaborated folder. You may want to check with the owner if the files is still available on their end.

Thanks for looking into it. I am the owner of the files - I can access the files online, it seems to be the syncing to my computer that is not working. What else should I try?
