Hi Box, 

 

I clicked on monthly billing and you charged me for the year. PLEASE PLEASE correct this mistake. You have taken alot of monthly out of my account and I would prefer and can only afford monthly at the moment. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC  - I keep trying to call.

I also have this issue, is there a number i can contact? I already have a ticket logged and there's been no response.
