I have been directed to determine if any of our storage is being maintained on Azure cloud storage. Is it all on Azure or, if not, how can I tell if my account uses Azure for storage?

Welcome to the Box Community!
Although there is Azure Active Directory single sign-on (SSO) integration with Box, these are two different services/ applications and Box does not use Azure to store your contents.
I would suggest contacting Azure support to confirm your cloud storage services with them.
