I have already successfully implemented an approval process using Box Automate, and I am trying to create another process that integrates BoxSign into the process for the approved document. I used one of the templates that had a signature process in it and modified it to what I want to do, but every time I test the process, nothing happens. The Tracking feature either says “Our service is temporarily unavailable. Please try triggering workflow again.” or “We encountered an unexpected error and couldn’t complete this action. If this problem persists contact support.” I can’t tell if the issue is something on my end in how I set it up, or if the problem is Box.
