Box application and authentication for replicating ui elements demo

Hello,

I would like to replicate the demo used in the ui elements documentation (https://developer.box.com/guides/embed/ui-elements/preview/#demo) that is using a downscoped read only token. What kind of box application and authentication should i use to get such a token that can be downscoped to be read only (using https://developer.box.com/guides/api-calls/permissions-and-errors/scopes/#scopes-for-downscoping)?
