We invited a customer to collaborate on a folder. The customer is trying to "join the folder" on her iPad, but there is no "join folder" in the top right corner like there is on a computer. How does she join on an iPad?

Did the user try checking her email for the collaboration invitation on her iPad and accept the invitation?

We use a shared link in a pdf document, rather than an invitation. She clicked on the link which takes her to Box, but there is no "join the folder" option on the iPad app.
