Box App not working

 Have you authorized the application in your Box admin panel? 

No I have not. where in the admin panel do I authroize it?

Great. thanks. Is it necessary to add a public key. I authorized the app but I still received the error. However, I didn't add a public key and didn't know if that could be the issue

I went through all the steps and generated a public key. However, I still run into the original error. Are there any other reasons I could be running into this problem
