Box app not syncing

Box app not showing files that have been added to shared folders. I can see all files when checking in browser. I can no longer upload files. Box app had been working perfectly for over a year up until yesterday. My machine is a Macbook, running Monterey 12.4.

For me to check, may I please have the following:

  • What Box app are you using? Is it Box Drive or Box Sync?
  • Does is it show any error message?
  • Have you tried logging out/in of your account?

Hi There, I'm using Box Drive -
Kind: Application (Intel)

Size: 104,800,449 bytes (106.1 MB on disk)

Version: 2.26.348

I have not seen any error messages. I have recently been able to upload, and I can still see changes to folders when I view in a browser. But In the app, changes to files or additions to folders made by other users are not syncing.

There are details there on how to resolve issues that can occur locally with Drive.
