Hello all,
after logging in desktop app nothing happens 


I can't find the box folder but the app is minimized next to the date and the "open box folder" is dimmed


I tried updating my windows and reinstalling the app even signing out from another device and signing in back again nothing worked


and I cannot access any of the files because the app isn't working

Can you please clean uninstall Box Drive from you device and then install the version that can be downloaded on this page?


If the issue persists, please try turning off your firewall or anti-virus and see if it makes any difference and try connecting to other network.
