I can view box notes on my computer, but on my Android phone the box.com app says p”review unavailable you need permission to view this file” when I try to open a box note. Any suggestions?

Please follow the preliminary troubleshooting steps to resolve your preview error on Box for Android:
- Confirm the Android app is logged into the same account as the desktop
- By any chance, are you accessing the file via shared link? If yes, go over to the folder and open the file.
- Refresh, then reinstall the app
- Try a different network and test in the mobile browser
