Our long time Box admin is now gone and the co-admin can not create new admins (their words) How do I get elevated to the admin role to keep our SF integration working?

Box admin left and co-admin is not trained.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
In order to takeover as Admin, you must be added as managed user first and follow the Admin transfer protocol for departed Admins.
