Box Account Showing Full

Hi,

Im hoping you can help. I have deleted many files and removed from trash but my box drive showing as full.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
