I had a business email account, I stopped using the account it had a promo of 50 GB for free and then I switched to a personal email account, my data is all gone, how can I retrieve it?

I can confirm that your account has 50GB of storage under an Individual account. 

To confirm the file size limit for your account:

  1. Log into Box.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and review your Max file size listed.
