Box account allegedly full

I get an error message that my box is full, but I have not saved any files.

Could you please reset my storage counter?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

    You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
