I created a box.com account as a result of a invite to collaborate with an external organization. Access to these collaboration documents worked fine until I received an invite to collaborate from my local organization. I responded to this invite successfully, but I now cannot see the documents from the external organization.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried reaching out to the external organization that invited you to check if they made changes with your access to these files?
If a collaborative content that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the content has removed you as a collaborator on it. You will have to contact the folder owner of the content to have them reinvite you to that folder/ files again.
