boxリレーで通知を送る際にファイル名を自動で入れることはできますか？

ボックスリレーでフローの最後に通知を送信する際、どのファイルの回覧が終わったのか分かるように、フローをトリガーしたファイルの名前が表示されるようにしたいのですが、そういう設定はできますか。
