Hi, I have the same problem - received an email with the same promotion, downloaded the app, but didn't receive any additional storage..
I also downloaded the ios app based on promotion offering an additional 10GB of storage. Please advise as to when storage will show up in my account.
Same here. And I've checked my junk folder as well, but seems that my extra storage hasn't been reflected although it was been two weeks now. Happy to provide additional information if required.
