Question
Blue arrow pointing down (Android app)
I've uploaded a folder to Box and I am now using the android app and I notice a blue arrow pointing down next to some of my files. What does this mean?
Hi there,
Welcome to the Box Community!
If you see a blue arrow pointing down next to a file that means you have marked that file for offline access and has been download to your device.
Check out our article on Managing contents with Box for Android to learn more about this feature.
