Blank Screen after I log into box,

Every time I log into box the screen comes up blank. I have cleared cashes, and add ons , my firewall is fine. Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with a person at box, or even better yet does anyone know how to solve this issue.

I have the same problem in Safari Version 12.1.2 (12607.3.10).

Was previously working fine a few weeks ago.

Works in Chrome Version 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I am using an older iMac running MacOS 10.12.6 (16G2136)
