When I decided to subscribe, it did not show me any options and automatically started a yearly plan. I was only willing to make a monthly payment. How can I switch?

To Whom It May Concern,

I noticed that my credit card was charged $540.00, which is not the amount I agreed to. I should have only been charged $180.00 for one user for the year.

I accidentally selected three users instead of one during the signup process. Please review this matter and either credit the difference back to my card or have someone contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
