In the past, I did trial for BOX enterprise to confirm my customer's need to integrate box file integration with microsoft 365.

I canseled trial before the end of trial and confirm it to the contact center,

But I check the invoice the credit card, there was a billing, amout is ¥10,421.

Please refund this money.

What information is needed to refund this. I don't remember the exact emal but I do remember the invoice number.

I already quit previous company when I tried this trial, so please email my current email address below
