I have been attempting to get Box to work for over a week now and am so frustrated. On one of our computers it isn't syncing new files anymore and the box icon in top menu bar is faded out. Nothing seems to be working. On another computer, it is taking FOREVER for uploaded files to box to appear on it, but they are appearing on other computers. I am not sure if there is a setting or something that needs to change somewhere to remedy that but can't find a solution. I just would really like to get some answers. Is there someone that can help, PLEASE!
