It shows that I am using 2.3GB of 10GB but it says I am out of storage. forcing me to buy more. How do I fix it.

Box will does not force its members to upgrade their account to have more storage. Do you mind providing more details or a screenshot of what you see on your end so we can take a closer look? Are you trying to upload a file that is larger than the storage allowed in your account?

Under screen copy is what appears at the bottom of the page, when I try to upload the file it gives me the upgrade box.
