Hello,

Please help me clarify something. I read from the help resource files that...

"Bandwidth counts against the usage of the file owner, regardless of whether the owner creates the shared link."

If I understand this correctly, when a person sends a file to a shared folder in my Box account, the bandwidth limit will be that of their account instead of mine. This means that, if they have a free account, the limit will be 10GB per month. Is that correct?

If I am right, then it is not very useful for someone who might have a business account with a higher bandwidth limit and ask their clients to create free accounts to share files. It would be much better if the bandwidth used by a client uploading to a shared folder in my account would be counted against my account, not the account of my client.

Thanks.

Hello. My box account show "12.9 GB of 50.0 GB used". But all my files on box is about 3GB. How is that?
