Bad Request issue

For years, I have been downloading files using the Box API. However, the box app we use now requests reauthorization. Our administrator granted the box app permission once more.The "The API returned an error [BadRequest] invalid_grant - Grant credentials are invalid" exception is displayed, despite this.I'm connecting to the Box API using the C#.Net Windows service.Please assist in resolving the issue.Thanks!
