I cannot create backup codes from my account, I get the following errorr codes:

To check if it’s not a browser-specific error, please try the following troubleshooting: 

  1. Updating your browser to the latest version
  2. Clearing your browser's cache
  3. Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
  4. Restart your machine and try again
