I cannot create backup codes from my account, I get the following errorr codes:

If you lose your device, backup codes can provide you access to your account. Save these codes in a safe location.

      Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist in creating your backup codes. 

       

      To check if it’s not a browser-specific error, please try the following troubleshooting: 

      1. Updating your browser to the latest version
      2. Clearing your browser's cache
      3. Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
      4. Restart your machine and try again
